Brady C. Cody

BIO

Brady is a native of Robbinsville, North Carolina, and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy in 2013.  After his undergraduate work, he attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, ultimately graduating first in his class in 2016.

After law school, Brady begin work as a litigation associate in the Knoxville office of Lewis, Thomason, King, Krieg & Waldrop, P.C., where he gained extensive experience representing both private businesses and public entities in a variety of legal issues.  In 2019, Brady relocated to Robbinsville to pursue his dream of opening his own law practice.  He is licensed in both Tennessee and North Carolina.

Brady currently resides in the East Buffalo Community with his wife (and dentist), Kelsey Cody, and their daughter, Nora.

Cadee C. Burchfield

BIO
Cadee "CJ" Cody Burchfield attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy in 2016. CJ then attended the University of Tennessee College of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2019. 

 

As a law student, CJ worked in the UT Law Wills Clinic creating wills, trusts, and conservatorship documents for the under-served community of Knoxville. She also served as Articles Editor for the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy. CJ was recognized as a 2019 Law Student for Justice for providing more than 50 hours of pro bono service during law school.

 

CJ is both excited and grateful to return to her hometown to practice law. She now resides on Mill Creek with her husband Greg and their dogs, Cookie and Little Bit.
